How do I add a Lepiter database to an existing repo?

If you have an existing repo there won't be a setup dialog. You can add a new database manually by opening the sidebar of the repository view, and then clicking on the + button next to the Databases entry.

Click on the grey sidebar below to see the Databases attribute.
